The race course is found 2 miles south of the city of Carlisle and is easily access via the M6 North, A69 from the North East and A595, from the West. Grandstand and Paddock tickets allow access to all the ground floor public spaces of the new grandstand, including Bell Hall, which contains an extensive array of food outlets as well as the Red Rum Bar, Family Bar, and access to the Pre-Parade Ring in which horses are gathered prior to each race. Those with Premier Badges can further benefit from access to the first floor and upper terraces of the Grandstand, the Patterson Bar, and Swifts Restaurant. The Premier Enclosure has a dress code of smart/casual.

A selection of packages is available to allow racegoers a comprehensive race day experience. Cumbrian Punters Package comprises admission to the Grandstand and Paddock, a Cumberland sausage bap, a pint of beer or glass of wine, and an official programme.

The Party Package offers Premier admission, a glass of champagne and a programme.

For those who wish to combine their racing in the time honoured tradition, complete with some dining in style, there is the Swifts Restaurant package. This includes premier admission, a restaurant table for the day with three course luncheon, afternoon tea and official programme.

Located on the second floor of the Grandstand there are 7 boxes in total, each fully serviced and with CCTV coverage and private balcony offering superb views over the course.
